Building Permit Approved for New 5-Star Hotel in Imerovigli, Santorini

The Thira Planning Authority has issued the full building permit for the construction of a new 5-star hotel in Imerovigli, Santorini. This development follows the pre-approval of construction issued in September 2024. The permit concerns a property located on an unnamed municipal road in the area.

The new tourism facility will be developed on a plot with a total surface area of 1,048 sq.m. According to the permit's specifications, the approved coverage is 523.85 sq.m. and the total building area is 511.10 sq.m. The above-ground volume will reach 2,095.40 cubic meters, while the building complex will feature one above-ground floor with a maximum height of 4 meters. Accommodation spaces are planned for both the ground floor and the basement, along with auxiliary basement areas.
