The three-day event 'A Night Under the Olive Tree' features gastronomic discussions, school masterclasses, and concludes with a free-admission concert.

The 5th Naxos Cultural Festival 'Polykriti' returns to Kampones from October 8 to 10, 2026, with the event 'A Night Under the Olive Tree'. This year's festival, which began in 2022 on the initiative of the organization's president Maria Polykreti, expands to three days, combining culinary discussions, educational activities, and live music.

The program opens on Thursday, October 8, at 17:00 with free admission in Kampones for the 'Polykriti Gastronomic Dialogues'. The panel discussion will feature Maria Polykreti, award-winning chef Haris Nikolouzos, executive pastry chef Haris Vlachos, journalists Nikos Mastropavlos and Dimitris Rousounelos, and Naxian culinary ambassador Kostas Eleftherakis, moderated by journalist Nikos Thrasyvoulou.

On Friday, October 9, the focus shifts to education with practical masterclasses. Culinary lessons will initially take place at the Gymnasio of Vivlos, followed by a special experience for students of the 2nd Gymnasio at the Amour venue in Agia Anna.

The festival concludes on Saturday, October 10, at 17:00 with a live music performance by Evanthia Reboutsika in Kampones, with free admission. She will be accompanied by Andreas Symvoulopoulos on the piano and Panos Dimitrakopoulos on the kanonaki, with Nikos Thrasyvoulou presenting. A bus service will be available to transport visitors from Agios Nikodimos to Kampones.
