Tinos Theater Group "Theatropoieio" to Participate in the 37th Aegean Amateur Theater Meeting in Lemnos

The theater group of Tinos, "Theatropoieio", is set to represent the island at the 37th Aegean Amateur Theater Meeting, which will be hosted this year in Lemnos from October 15 to October 26, 2026. Approximately 30 theater groups from various Aegean islands, including Paros, Syros, Mykonos, and Naxos, are participating in the event.

The group from Tinos will present Penys Fylaktaki's comedy "My Beloved Family..." on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 21:30, at the Maroula Cinema-Theater in Myrina. This 100-minute performance will follow the closing ceremony and will be the final show of the event's program.

Additionally, "Theatropoieio" will participate in a joint collaborative performance by the Federation's theater groups titled "Fragments of Philoctetes". This performance is scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 21:00, also at the Maroula Cinema-Theater.

The comedy "My Beloved Family..." has already been staged for the audience of Tinos earlier this year, with performances at the Cultural Center of Chora, as well as at the Museum of Marble Crafts in Pyrgos in late August.
