MICHELIN Guide Expands to Santorini Starting from the 2027 Edition

The island's inclusion in the international gastronomic guide follows a ongoing collaboration with the Greek National Tourism Organisation.
The MICHELIN Guide is expanding its presence in Greece by adding Santorini and Thessaloniki alongside Athens for its 2027 edition.
This development stems from a collaboration between the Greek National Tourism Organisation (GNTO) and the MICHELIN Guide, now in its third year. The initiative falls under the Ministry of Tourism's strategy to highlight local destinations and link gastronomy with tourism.
Minister of Tourism Olga Kefalogianni highlighted the expansion as a positive step for the local culinary sector and extended congratulations to the professionals and restaurants recognized.
