Santorini: Thira Parents Union issues call for volunteers to prepare student art exhibition

The Thira Parents Union has issued an open call to residents of Santorini to join a volunteer team preparing a large student art exhibition. The exhibition features approximately 1,000 artworks collected through the World Student Painting Competition "The Daughter of Ancient Thira – Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow," including all pieces created by local school students.

According to the Union, preparation requires sorting, organizing, and mounting the artworks under a tight schedule. Assistance is requested from parents, teachers, and local residents, with no specialized skills or prior experience required.

The volunteer work sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, and Thursday, November 5, from 18:00 to 21:00, at the Ftelos Brewery exhibition area.
