Tinos: Catholic Parishes of Tarampados and Aetofolia Honor the Archangels
With religious services in Tarampados and Aetofolia, the Catholic community of Tinos honors the feast of Archangels Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael.
On September 29, the Catholic Church honors the three Archangels, Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael together, with the celebrations centering on the parish church of Tarampados in Tinos. At this specific church, which is dedicated to Archangel Michael, a Solemn Pontifical Divine Liturgy is celebrated at 6 in the evening.
At the same time, religious services are also held in other parts of the island. At 6:30 in the evening, a Divine Liturgy is celebrated at Saint Michael in Aetofolia. On their part, Orthodox believers in Tinos honor the Feast of the Archangels on November 8, with the traditional feast of Taxiarchis in Chora.
