Tinos: Road Cleaning Maintenance Continues Across Provincial Network
Works are expanding to multiple locations on the island, including the roads to Skalados and the old Tripotamos - Chora route.
Cleaning operations are underway along the roadsides of the provincial network in Tinos, aiming to prepare the infrastructure ahead of the rainy season. The works involve clearing weeds and soil from road shoulders and curves.
The interventions, which initially started on the Xinara - Loutra road, have now expanded. Heavy machinery is currently operating on both the old road connecting Tripotamos with Chora, as well as on the road leading to Skalados.
Currently, there is no official schedule released for the ongoing works. Due to the active operations, drivers, especially motorcyclists, are advised to exercise caution near the road shoulders.
