Students in Sifnos Hold Parade on Their Own Initiative Despite Official Cancellation

Students gathered and marched independently due to sunny weather following the South Aegean Region's decision to cancel events.
In Sifnos, students decided to hold an October 28th parade on their own initiative despite the official cancellation of events. The South Aegean Region had decided on a widespread cancellation of student parades across the Cyclades due to weather forecasts.
Improved weather conditions and clear skies on the island prompted students to organize quickly. Despite the lack of a sound system, musical support, or traditional marching bands, participants set their own rhythm through their marching steps.
