Blue Star Naxos Completes Service to Donoussa After Nearly 20 Years

The passenger ferry Blue Star Naxos departed Donoussa after nearly two decades of service on the route, handing over the island's ferry connectivity to Blue Star Delos.

During the ship's departure, the Municipal Community of Donoussa and the Environmental and Cultural Association of Donoussa "Poseidon" presented commemorative gifts to the crew in recognition of their multi-year service.

Local residents gathered at the port, while vehicle horns and flares accompanied the departure, with the captain performing a maritime salute by turning the vessel's bow toward the settlement.
