The business annually produces around 10,000 bottles from Cycladic grape varieties and is expanding its facilities.

The Saint Anna winery in Naxos produces around 10,000 bottles annually, offering ten different labels. Production relies exclusively on Cycladic grape varieties carrying the PGI Cyclades designation, with raw materials sourced from 26 local grape growers in coastal and mountainous areas.

Fokiano is the primary variety used in blends, sun-dried red sweet wine, and white blanc de noir vinification. White varieties also include Assyrtiko, Potamisi, and Monemvasia, with the 'Kouros' line serving as the winery's premium label. Organic practices are used in cultivation and production, though the winery holds no official organic certification.

Currently, products are distributed in the domestic market, mainly in Naxos and in limited wine shops in Tinos and Athens. Facility expansion works have been underway over the last two years, featuring a separate unit and new equipment to increase production volume and initiate exports to the United States.
