Santorini: St. Matrona Traditional Festival in Finikia and Traffic Restrictions
The event will take place on Monday, October 19 with free admission, alongside street closures in the area.
The traditional festival of Saint Matrona is being organized by the Oia Youth Cultural Association 'Krinoia' on Monday evening, October 19, at 21:00 in the central square of Finikia, Santorini. Admission is free.
For the safe execution of the event, local traffic closures will be in place from 19:00 on Monday, October 19 until 08:00 on Tuesday, October 20. Closed sections include the roads from Finikia parking (Exo Plateia) to 'Santorini Mou' restaurant, to the dirt parking area, and the alley leading to 'Vazaios' vehicle rentals.
Musical entertainment for the evening will feature 'Aidonakia' (Averkios and Nikos Vassalos), accompanied by musicians Aristeidis Gerasimou, Lampros Galaios, and Stavros Manthos.
