Meeting in Tinos Regarding the Re-establishment of the Sea Scouts
The Mayor of Tinos, Panagiotis Krontiras, met with representatives of the Scouting Association of Greece to discuss the reactivation of the 1st Sea Scout System on the island.
A meeting took place at the Town Hall of Tinos between Mayor Panagiotis Krontiras and representatives from the Scouting Association of Greece. The participants included the Regional Commissioner of Cyclades Giorgos A. Stamoulis, the Assistant Regional Commissioner Nikolaos Koumarianos, and the Commissioner of Finance and Real Estate of the Cyclades Regional Scouting Commission Charalampos Athineos.
The core focus of the meeting was the requirements and the next practical steps for the re-establishment and operation of the 1st Sea Scout System of Tinos. Both sides expressed their willingness for close cooperation, aiming to strengthen scouting initiatives for volunteerism and environmental awareness on the island.
