Open Farms and Production Facilities in the Cyclades From October 19 to 25
The Region of South Aegean and Open Farm are organizing visits, tastings, and educational activities at local facilities.
Farms, dairies, wineries, apiaries, and local production units across the Cyclades and Dodecanese are opening their doors to the public from October 19 to 25. The initiative takes place within the framework of the new South Aegean Open Farm Days 2026, launched by the Region of South Aegean in cooperation with Open Farm.
The program features organized visits, guided tours, tastings, and experiential workshops aimed at familiarizing visitors with local varieties and traditional production methods. At the same time, regional authorities are encouraging school visits to the participating units.
The initiative is linked to the South Aegean's candidacy for the World Region of Gastronomy 2028 title. Detailed schedules and visit information are available on the event's official platform.
