Municipality of Paros: Repeat Auction for Three Parking Properties in Marmara
The Municipality of Paros has announced a repeat auction for leasing three properties in Marmara, Archilochos, to create municipal parking areas.
The Municipality of Paros announced the repeat of a public, lease-reductive, open, and oral auction to lease three properties in the settlement of Marmara, within the Municipal Community of Archilochos. The properties, ranging from 800 sq.m. to 4 acres each, are intended to serve as parking spaces for residents and visitors.
The lease duration is set for up to 12 years under the provisions of Law 5314/2026. Interested parties can submit their proposals to the Protocol Service of the Municipality of Paros in Parikia until Friday, October 16, 2026, at 14:00.
