However, head coach Giorgos Bartzokas expressed his dissatisfaction with his players' performance, describing the display as unexpectedly poor in certain areas.

The Olympiacos tactician focused particularly on the 18 turnovers committed by his players during the match. As he explained, the majority of these mistakes led to steals by AEK, allowing their opponents to run transition plays. According to him, this is directly linked to the level of seriousness shown by some athletes on the court.

At the same time, Giorgos Bartzokas commented on the arena's atmosphere, noting that he would have preferred spectators in the stands so that his instructions and comments from the bench would not be so easily heard. Additionally, the experienced coach began his statement by offering condolences to the family of Soulis Markopoulos, highlighting the significant loss for Greek basketball.
