Olympiacos: Imanol Alguacil's first steps on the red-and-white bench

The 55-year-old Basque coach Imanol Alguacil, who officially took over at Olympiacos on September 10, is going through a demanding period. Having completed just two training sessions before his debut, he started with a defeat against OFI, but the team subsequently reacted with a comeback win over Jagiellonia and an away victory against Levadiakos in Livadeia with a goal in the 92nd minute.

The new coach has to address the attacking difficulties that the team was already presenting, while also managing a squad with several new additions to establish the required team chemistry.
