Five Michelin Stars Awarded to Four Santorini Restaurants in 2027 Guide

The international guide expands beyond Athens, awarding two stars to Lycabettus and one star each to Lauda, Botrini’s Santorini, and Selene.
The 2027 Michelin Guide is expanding its selections beyond Athens to include four restaurants on Santorini, which earned a total of five stars. The announcement was made in Paris following a partnership between the Ministry of Tourism, the GNTO, and the guide's leadership. A total of 62 restaurants are included in this year's guide across Athens, Thessaloniki, and Santorini.
On Santorini, Lycabettus restaurant in Oia received two Michelin stars, making it the only two-star selection in Greece for this edition. One star each was awarded to Lauda in Oia, Botrini’s Santorini in Oia, and Selene in Fira.
The Municipality of Thira congratulated the awarded businesses and their teams, highlighting the legacy of Giorgos Hatzigiannakis in promoting local produce and island gastronomy, as well as the 2013 Year of Gastronomy initiative.
