Tinos: Temporary road closure on I. Metaxa Street due to paving works
The Municipality of Tinos has announced a temporary vehicle ban on a section of I. Metaxa Street from September 25 to September 28, 2026, for pavement restoration.
A temporary vehicle ban will be implemented on I. Metaxa Street in Tinos due to restoration works on the stone paving. According to an official announcement by the Municipality of Tinos, the closure affects the section of the street starting in front of the 1st Primary School of Tinos and ending at the former "Aiolis" cinema.
The traffic ban will take effect from Friday, September 25, 2026, at 14:00 until Monday, September 28, 2026, at 07:00. The municipal authority states that the measure is necessary for the safe execution of the works and advises drivers and local residents to follow the relevant road signs.
