Strong northerly winds in the Aegean may affect ferry connections, while temperatures are expected to fall over the coming days.

Strengthening north winds and a gradual drop in temperature are forecast for the Cyclades. According to data from the Hellenic National Meteorological Service (HNMS), winds in the Aegean will blow from northern directions reaching 6 to 7 Beaufort locally, accompanied by temporary cloudiness and a chance of localized rain.

Temperatures in the Cyclades are expected to decline to ranges between 19 and 21 degrees Celsius, after reaching up to 22 degrees on Wednesday. Clearer weather with longer sunny intervals is anticipated on Friday and Saturday, despite the persistence of strong winds.

Due to the intensity of the northerly winds in the Aegean, disruptions to ferry services may occur. Passengers are advised to check directly with ferry operators and local port authorities for potential schedule changes.
